Buffered Glycerol Mounting Media
Buffered Glycerol Mounting Media is a non-drying formulation mounting medium formulated for use with immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, special stains, chromogenic tissue, and cell staining. Available in convenient dropper top bottles. Coverslips may be removed by soaking in water. No heating is required before use. Specialty formulation which contains no anti-fade components.
Summary Protocol:
Apply adequate Buffered Glycerol Mounting Media to cover sample on microscope slide and coverslip.
If desired, seal edges with nail polish or synthetic resin mounting media.
For immunofluorescent procedures, store slides at 2-8 C in the dark.
