UltraTek HRP Anti-Polyvalent (DAB) Staining System
UltraTek HRP Anti-Polyvalent (DAB) Staining System, AMF080, 70 slides, is a complete kit to detect primary antibody with mouse and/or rabbit origin by using an HRP-labeled-streptavidin and a biotinylated anti-mouse/rabbit secondary antibody.
The complete ScyTek kit is supplied with full instructions for use and supplied with ScyTek's proprietary formulations of peroxidase block (ACA) and Super Block (AAA) a protein blocking reagent, a biotinylated secondary antibody UltraTek Anti-Polyvalent (ABN), UltraTek Horseradish Peroxidase (ABL) streptavidin-HRP and DAB Substrate for a crisp clear dark brown final stain.
Summary Protocol:
Incubation with an unconjugated primary antibody specific to the target antigen.
The primary antibody is bound to the biotinylated secondary antibody.
The secondary antibody is then bound to the HRP-Labeled streptavidin.
A brown color is created when the HRP is bound to site of the primary antibody by reacting with DAB.
