3,3'-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) Concentrate is a widely used chromogen for immunohistochemical staining and immunoblotting. When in the presence of the peroxidase enzyme, DAB produces a brown precipitate that is insoluble in alcohol. Stained slides may be mounted in any commercially available permanent mounting media. This product is available in a convenient two component form. For maximum flexibility, this product is available in bulk amounts or dropper-top.
